Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes to it. Of course we try to provide the best customer service we can, so you are always welcome to reach out and we'll see what we can do regarding editing your order - however, there are no guarantees!

Ja, we verzenden over de hele wereld. Verzendkosten zijn van toepassing en worden toegevoegd bij het afrekenen. We hebben het hele jaar door kortingen en promoties, dus blijf op de hoogte van exclusieve aanbiedingen.

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at hello@honest-basics.com as soon as possible after receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed products received in the last 31 days.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. It may take a couple of days after arrival until your returns are processed. As soon as we get confirmation, we will refund the products that you shipped back.

If you purchased from one of our marketplaces (such as Avocadostore) you will have to follow their returns process.

After your return arrives at the warehouse it may take a couple of days to be processed. Once we get the clearance from them, we will refund you. You get an automatic message once this has happened. When you paid with Paypal you usually see the refund directly in your account. With credit card it may take 2-3 business days before the refund is visible. With Sofort it may take up to a week, due to limitations on the side of the payment provider.
